Over a heated debate recently with a friend, I was forced to go back and do another round of Myers Briggs personality test and realized that I'm almost half way between an introvert and extrovert. That almost led to ask the question, why do people try and run away from being an introvert?
The most common misconception about introverts is that they are shy, anti-social and are not good at or hate public speaking. I on the other hand, participate in all of the activities above and still consider myself as in introvert. But even if I didn't like the above activities, would I still feel guilty as an introvert?
People have too many ideas (good or bad, doesn't matter), but they rarely 'walk the talk'. Chances are these non-'walk the talkers' are extroverts that believe that they can sell their ideas and that's the end of it.

STOP. Just stop forcing everyone to be an extrovert or telling them that being one is better. Think impact not societal acceptance.
You can't change who you are.
